PICK UP & SHIPPING INFO

Pick-up at my studio (near the Gladstone Hotel in Toronto) is free and can be scheduled at your earliest convenience. Once the transaction is complete, I will email you the studio address and schedule an appointment. Days, evenings, and weekends will be available as of Tuesday September 21st. The Studio Pick- Up option is available at check out once you have entered your email and address.

Shipping will be calculated and billed separately for paintings that are 34 x 42 inches. Please note that shipping an item of these dimensions and weight will incur oversized charges.

Unfortunately Canada Post live shipping quoted are not available when using Square Space. The shipping rate is currently set to $40 per item as a small (18 x 20) painting heading to Montreal cost about 30$ + 6$ of insurance and that leaves a balance of $4 for packaging (glassing paper, bubble wrap, plastic wrap, box). This is the shipping rate for the framed 18 x 20 paintings and the 18 x 22 paintings.

The 34 x 42 paintings with have additional shipping billed once a final quote is determined and the $40 charged at check out will be deducted from the amount owing. If you have any questions about shipping feel free to send me a DM over instagram @itsameliav, I will answer as promptly as possible.

Paintings are shipped in protective packaging built with functionality and the rough nature of travel in mind. They may have a frakentstein- like exterior but are built to protect your carefully chosen artwork.
